MOSCOW, Nov 1 (PRIME) -- Japan's Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC) remains interested in the Arctic LNG-2 liquefied natural gas project and continues to finance it, chairman and CEO Tetsuhiro Hosono told reporters at a conference on Tuesday.
“Yes, of course,” he said when asked whether JOGMEC is still interested in the project and continues to fund it.
In October, CEO of the project operator Novatek Leonid Mikhelson said that the share of shareholders in financing the project could be 40–50% and the rest would have to be external borrowings.
